Connie’s partnership with the non-profit, Bead for Life, brings her to a gathering in Colorado. From October 12-16th Connie will be in the Boulder/Denver-areas. On the 15th and 16th she is available to schedule storytelling workshops, performances or coaching sessions. Connie is also available from October 12th. Connie is returning to her alma mater for a reunion weekend and is giving a storytelling performance “Leap and Laugh! Tales of Adventure” on Saturday, September 28 at 4 pm in Monroe Hall, Room 152 on campus. Find out more here.

Connie is delighted to be telling stories for the 93rd Annual Mountain Dance and Folk Festival. And this time it will be virtual, online so no matter where you live, you can tune in! The event will run Thursday through Saturday evening and Connie is performing Saturday evening, August 8th. (Check your local time zone.) Begun by Bascom Lamar Lunsford almost a century ago, the Mountain Dance and Folk Festival is an invitation-only event to promote the traditions of the Southern Appalachian region. It is the oldest continuously running folk festival in the nation. These traditions of music, dance, and storytelling have spread from coast to coast across the United States and many countries abroad.
