Connie began her storytelling career over 3 decades
ago. (You can trace the hairstyles from long dark to
short gray!)
She has released a number of award winning CDs and videos. Her most recent one is a live recording: Dive Into Stories: A Telling Performance.
In addition, she has a collection of haunting tales – Chilling Ghost Stories – for teenagers and adults that is now also available as a bargain priced Digital Download Card. Connie is featured on a collaborative CD with the Kandinsky Trio, Tales of Appalachia combining traditional storytelling with chamber music.
As a founding member of the famed duo, The Folktellers, Connie toured with her first cousin, good friend and storytelling partner, Barbara Freeman. Along the way, they were featured on several highly acclaimed recordings and a DVD video that are available below.
